Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 9 June 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of Aid Angel (the “Service”), provided by Streamline Direct as part of the Love Key HELP Network. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not emergency services — call Triple Zero (000)

Aid Angel is an information and navigation service. It is not an emergency service, cannot contact emergency services for you, and cannot dispatch help. In an emergency, or if life or property is at risk, call your local emergency number immediately — in Australia, Triple Zero (000), and follow the directions of official authorities.

3. The Service

Aid Angel helps Australians affected by disasters such as bushfires, floods, storms, and cyclones to find and navigate recovery support, including by suggesting potentially relevant programs and referrals. It is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

4. Eligibility is determined by official providers

Any program, grant, payment, or service referenced is offered by independent official providers. Whether you qualify, and on what terms, is determined solely by the official provider. Suggestions in the Service are a guide only — always confirm with the official source before relying on them.

5. No account required

The public Service is provided without accounts or logins for everyday use. Administrative areas are restricted to authorised staff.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful activity;
  • Commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
  • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right;
  • Interfere with the Service’s security or integrity, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping at scale, or circumventing technical limits;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.

7. AI-assisted suggestions

Some features use automated and AI-assisted matching. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and must not be relied upon as professional advice or as a determination of eligibility. You are responsible for verifying any suggestion with the relevant official provider before acting on it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, content (other than third-party content), branding, and documentation are owned by Streamline Direct or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Availability, disclaimers & liability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. STREAMLINE DIRECT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, DEATH, OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact Streamline Direct at support@lovekey.com.au.
